This was the first time Vienna started drawing faces. This is the first thing she drew that I recognized what it was.
This is what happens when I give Aaramie the camera. She videoed William and Rick throwing snowballs at each other. Too bad she didn't take a picture of it, but she did get a few of herself and Eliza.
Unfortunately we woke up Sunday to find that our basement had flooded. There had been a big rain. William went outside and saw a big hole where the water from the roof had worn away the dirt by the house. We also had a lot of dirt come in the basement. Right now we are trying to dry it out. We have to wait until William can be home during daylight to dig and figure things out outside. We don't have the extra money or the extra time to deal with this. At first I felt we would have to sell the house at great loss. However, the Lord blessed me with peace and also many kind gestures from others to show me that He is aware of us and that He will bless us.

This is the corner we think the water is getting in.
We were so blessed. The McIntires heard that we had a flood and offered their industrial fan and shop vac. There is no way we could dry out the carpet without that fan.
We had to lift the carpet to get the air moving to dry it out.
